Orders: All orders MUST be placed at least 48 hours in advance. However, that's no guarantee of availability. The earlier you book your event, the better, to ensure availability. We often have events scheduled 4-6 months out, but most of the time we will be able to accommodate an order with a 1-2 week notice.
Pickup: I live outside of Sulphur Springs, TX, so I typically meet clients in town. I will text you with details of pickup the week your order is due. IF WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICKUP AND YOU ARE 15 MIN LATE, AND DO NOT CONTACT ME, your order will be DONATED. Thank you for your understanding.
Deposits: All orders $100 or less will be due in full at time of booking in order to save your place on the calendar. Orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 5 days before your event or before your order ships, whichever is earlier.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 14 days prior to your event date, or ship date, whichever is earlier. A total of 10% will be retained on all orders canceled up to 14 days in advance. No refunds will be given if you cancel after 14 days and choose not to reschedule.
Rescheduling: We realize life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule your event. The good news is, cookies freeze beautifully, so we encourage you to keep your order. However, if you MUST rescheduled and I have NOT YET BEGUN to bake your order, you may reschedule one time, based on my availability with no loss of deposit.
Shipping: Texas cottage food laws do not allow me to ship cookies. Local pickup only in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
